Not only is a caffeine an appetite suppressant which means you’re much less likely to overeat, it also helps your body to be more effective at burning fat during a workout and allows to exercise effectively for longer.
Caffeine Is an Effective Disease Preventer
Regular caffeine consumption can prevent against the following diseases:
- Heart disease
- Gout
- Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia
- Type two diabetes
