Pebble Rattles by Kahiniwalla are a must have!

Kahiniwalla is an amazing internet store that helps women across the sea in Bangladesh. One of the cute items they offer is the Pebble Rattle. I am excited to tell you about it here on OMG Goodies.

My Thoughts about Pebble Rattles by Kahiniwalla –

Watching little ones is always fun. As they grow and learn new things all the pain of child-rearing becomes worth it. My favorite part is observing them learn to play with new toys. With our little guy, I cherished seeing him play with the Pebble Rattles from Kahiniwalla.

All Pebble Rattles are handmade. I had the chance to review the mushroom and pear. I love how they are soft and look amazing. The easy-to-hold rattles make cute gifts for baby showers, baby’s first Christmas, or just as a surprise present.

If you have been looking for well-made products that stand up to kids, these are the ones you want. Kahiniwalla has a nice selection of rattles for you to pick from; you can’t go wrong!

About Kahiniwalla and Pebble:

Austin and Marita Miller established Kahiniwalla in 2010. Upon his return from work as a product designer with Mennonite Central Committee’s job creation program in Bangladesh, Austin and his wife Marita wanted to continue helping to provide employment for the poor of Bangladesh and decided to do so by distributing Pebble’s high-quality handmade products in North America.

Kahiniwalla is a business which distributes Fair Trade products and tells the story behind those products. They care about the quality of their products and how they’re made with the bigger picture in mind. Samantha Morshed, a social entrepreneur based in Bangladesh, designed Pebble.

Samantha’s vision for Pebble of providing places throughout Bangladesh where rural women can work flexible hours close to their homes was just what over 12,000 women were looking for. These rural workplaces provide a welcome alternative for women whose only option previously would be moving to a large city to work in the garment industry, leaving their families behind, and becoming vulnerable to unsafe, unjust and sometimes violent situations.

This information was supplied to me from the Press Release sent to me.
