My Thoughts about Simply Chickie Organic Clothing –
Having a little guy again in our home has made life crazy. The Holidays is the best time of year because as he grows, we get to introduce him to new things. One of our favorite things to do is learn his style. As a Grandparent I like to find clothing that is organic and cute with cute saying on them. When I had a chance to review for Simply Chickie, I was excited!
Simply Chickie offers clothing that is made from organic fabric. This is something that is great because our little guy has sensitive skin and I worry about the dye and other unknown things in clothing. When I saw the shirt that says “May Contain Peanut” I knew this was going to be perfect for out not so small peanut.
This cute shirt is 100% Organic Cotton. it has no dyes added to it and has a smaller print on the front. They offer some of the cutest shirts for babies, toddler, and mom! Simply Chickie offers gift sets and other products that you will love.
How Simply Chickie came to be:
Simply Chickie is founded by Gwendolyn Gardner. About 10 years ago, she was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. Around the same time, she found out she was pregnant after breaking up with her boyfriend. At that point in life, she started to worry about what she was putting into her body and onto her body. As she was going through these changes she started to notice that her clothing was made from was from a very bad crop. That when she knew she needed to change things. That’s when she started to think about her little girl and how she wanted to make a change not only for her but other kids. That is when Simply Chickie was born!
