My Thoughts about the Yoga Spinner from Think Fun –
I have teenagers that worry so much about their weight, it drives me mad. They stress out over it and drive me batty with the attitudes. One day I told them they should learn yoga to calm their nerves. I got them everything they needed from mats, towels, bags to carry it all, and even found them videos to watch! To my dismay, it wasn’t enough to catch their attention. When I found out about the Yoga Spinner Game, I knew it was the perfect way to get them moving and to learn to enjoy yoga!
Everyone loves games! As a parent, I love games that keep my children’s attention and help them to be active! Even I enjoy the Yoga Spinner! The spinner stores everything needed to play the game in it. The game comes with an instruction book on how to play the game and cards that have poses on them.
You play the game by dividing the cards by color. One person spins and whatever color they land on determines which pile of cards they choose from. The person has to do the pose on the card and hold it for ten seconds. If the person cannot do it, they do not get to collect the card and it goes back to the bottom of the pile. Then it is the next person’s turn. It moves on a left rotation. You can go on for a while depending on how many people are playing.
This is a game the entire family can do or the kids can do together. You will love how you feel after this game!
